Waves, barrels filling problem

Oil barrels never fill in certain cursor/camera positions. The bar appears, and it shows it’s filling, but the barrel didn’t appear at the end.
The angle on my screenshot is such an angle. I tried to get a barrel 4-5 times, it only happened after changing the angle.
It’s not uncommon to catch such an angle during the play, I would say 1 in 6 times.

Anyway the title of this mission is missing from the Level list option form this form.

Can somewhat confirm.

When I try to do it the larger barrel can be activated from anywhere, but the smaller barrel (that you can pick up) only fills up when you activate it by pressing the faucet.
