The stance Waiting for the Shot displays the exact equipped range weapon in the Cosmetics page, but displays a generic lasgun instead on the results screen of any mission.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
As a Veteran, complete the penance “I Love The Militarum (5)” by reaching Trust Level 30.
Open the Cosmetics page of your character, open the Stances and equip the stance Waiting For The Shot. Observe that the range weapon displayed in the stance is the exact weapon model currently equipped by your character, including the equipped camo and trinket.
Launch and successfully complete any mission. On the results screen, observe that the character uses the stance animation, however the weapon displayed is not the actually equipped weapon model.
This is intended behavior. Just use the old ‘show equipped in lobby’ mod which allows us to access all of the animations, including the unused ones for secondary weapons. When you ready up with a revolver you look like James Bond, for instance.
edit: I see a generic lasgun when I equip that pose. if a weapon has the same equip and wield regions as the lasgun it uses it for this character viewer, but not in game? I assumed that was no different than the generic poses of the other 3 characters, having pre-selected gear and only considering your cosmetics. odd. yes that seems like a bug now.
