Issue Description: The candle’s flames on the shoulder of the Krieg Zealot cosmetic armor are visually too far forward.
Steps to Reproduce: Wear the armor.

They also sink into your shoulder when doing the hunker down emote, and really just fly all over the place while doing any kind of emote.
