Issue Description:
The Front flak armor has a lot of tendencies to clip into the vest and the vest has incorrect weight mapping resulting it in clipping into the flak armor (mostly around the neck area) I supplied a screenshot showing the clipping issues, this happens on every Sharpshooter cosmetic using the base flak and vest combo, it would be nice to reduce the size of the under vest or maybe increase the size of the front of the flak armor to avoid these clipping issues (honestly would be a nice change to make the front more thicker than it is now).
Steps to Reproduce:
You can reproduce it all the time even on idle animations it can be seen.
