Issue Description:
On veteran with a Lasgun that has over 800 ammo when going into a mission it reduces it to having no more than 1 magazine in the gun and 1 full reload extra.

I saw this in the Meatgrinder, but I realized that once I fired all of my “current bullets,” I actually had another 999 left. Seems like a UI/Visual bug, rather than not receiving any ammo besides the excess over 1000. Obviously still a big visual bug and good report though
