Whilst I don’t really care too much for the missing item itself, its a bit concerning items can disappear from you inventory - especially if you have no way to recover them.
I had this same problem with my psyker chest piece from the prison
Rest assured, this is a known issue that only affects the chest piece of the Prisoner’s Garb. Shouldn’t affect any other cosmetics. Still under investigation!
