the controller sensitivity in V1 is perfect
I mean the constant speed/ acceleration
in v2 it is constant speed which is too slow or with acceleration, which is too fast
the balance between constant and accelerated speed is perfect in v1
would it be possible to have the same system in V2?

You can change your sensitivity bud. Use brain.
Yup, I would adjust your sensitivity and find the in-between sweet spot with acceleration and without acceleration. As someone who plays both PC and console with controller, I find my sensitivity has to be set to half of what it is on console in order to keep acceleration on PC, or otherwise go up to what my sensitivity would be on console without the acceleration on PC.
It will take some tweaking, but it’s absolutely doable.
