Trauma staff + blue stimm = buggy

Issue Description (Required):

When having Trauma staff with 80% Channell speed, adding the blue stimm does not work and UI not showing the actual time when reached maximun channel.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Have Trauma staff
  2. Take Blue Stimm
  3. Channel maximum secondary power
  4. Not working
