The new Tox Flamer melee attack has no animation. It will appear to be doing whatever animation it was already doing, running, shooting etc.
I can confirm this.
Hilariously, it works on the Scab Flamer. So this is specifically with the Dreg Tox Flamer alone, probably some variable mismatching in the code or something.
