The Militarum Tox-Field Strategium Jacket (Burn Sulphur) Psyker Cosmetic has some of its vertices ‘spiking’ outward on the left hand when the fingers are spread apart enough, visible during certain animations. This may also be an issue with other cosmetics that share its weight painting/rigging.

Equip Tox-Field Jacket

Perform any animation that spreads apart the fingers (such as Inferno Staff Primary Fire)
