Thrown out of bounds in different areas of Transit Hub HL-16-11

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Chasm Terminus
  2. Be grabbed near a corner by mutant/boss
  3. Escape grab
  4. Now clipped outside of level

Had a Beast of Nurgle projectile vomit me outside of a wall.
Mutants frequently throw me into locations it is hard to get out of.
