Update, I am officially requesting a refund over this matter via Steam.

If anyone sees this and is tired of waiting and being kept in the dark, I recommend following suit and requesting a refund too.

I will be filing a complaint with the Tribunal of Consumer Claims Malaysia if I do not get a refund for Darktide (UPDATE: Refund Acquired)

I had pre-ordered the game on Steam close to launch.
