This damn knife spin emote for ogryn has been like this since the penance rework system was pushed out, which means that it never actually worked because that is when the emote came out. I reported this bug already at least once. FOR THE LOVE OF THE EMPEROR someone look into it please. Cordially your reject and sweet brute, Brutus.

You equip the emote, use it in the mourning star and that’s it.
