Texture issue in Empire In Flames

The sign for Ussingen has a texture issue where it only displays black boxes.

1. Play Empire In Flames as any character on any difficulty on Playstation 5.
2. Observe sign to Ussingen at the start of the map

So I wasnt the only one with this problem! Also, I play from PC, so this menas that its a bug on all platforms.

The panel at the start of empire in flames is bugged since a few time now
