Stuck spot in ice on Skittergate

Issue Summary:
Got stuck on skittergate in this one spot. Was able to get out of it when I used my ulti on sienna.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Walk to that spot, you’ll get stuck in it.
2. Other players in match were able to reproduce it.

Common (< 50%)
