Hi new to the forum can anyone tell me the answer. When in a strike team is voice chat heard by just the strike team you are with or all players in the match?
From my experience it’s all the players in the match and not restricted to the strike team you enter the match with
Ok so everyone can hear chitchat if not talking about mobs even though you are in a strike team. Thanks for rhe reply
Sorry if I’m misunderstanding your question, but when I am in a strike team with my brother, the other 2 players can hear us for sure.
I thought the strike team just means you are playing together now (like it keeps you together after missions). Nothing else is implied
Thanks for your reply. I was playing with a friend earlier and the other two could definitely hear us. But it had not been clear wether other players were hearing us or maybe they had just muted us
When you load into the game your strike team is every player in the match, not just the strike team you’ve assembled in the Morningstar.
I know your question has been answered but that’s the missing link I think! I get confused sometimes loading in, where the chat says “To: Strike team” but actually does get seen by non-party players!
the term strike team is referring to the group in the mission during a run, and the group to join in the morningstar to be attached to runs as a unit. that’s why at the end of the mission is offers you the chance to “merge striketeams”, it’s saying you’re part of an open striketeam until you return to the morningstar.
yes, i had a couple in my mission that all the time talked about me and my performance.
Thank god i “were amazingly good”, “stomping heretics like an Ogryn” and “were a good Pal caring for everyone”
It was fun to me, a unvoluntary compliment.
In the end i just wrote thanks for all the compliments in voice
