Issue Description (Required):

Stepping into a Stimm supply in havoc games on the ps5 leads to incredibly bad choppiness that is very unusual, havoc can slow down the game a bit but the stimm supply effect drops your frames heavily and starts interrupting your animations

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play any decently high level Havoc mission with a stimm supply HS, step into it, and observe the performance drops and choppy animations

Observed this on PC too, Made me drop that build. It’s weird choppiness because the FPS doesn’t seem to drop, it’s like the server can’t keep up and you start skipping frames or something. At least that is how it is in my case
