Stability stat makes hip fire recoil Worse for rippers

The Stability Stat of Rippers seems to worsen the hip fire moving recoil of the weapon, as opposed to lessen it like it does for all other recoil types.

Standing recoil is better. Looks like a hidden mobility stat.
