Issue Description:
When riding the fright elevator down, after the portion you had to wait for the Elevator to arrive, has a Trapper spawn just before you take off and it comes out on the top end, it then will start repeated announcement voice calls until its like hundreds of them starting. There seems to be some looping going on here.
The issue resolves when the elevator reaches the bottom and the Trapper can find a new pathing to players.

Ride the Elevator down after a Trapper spawned

Feels Often (<75%)… but not always a Trapper spawns like that, so i am not confident in “always”.
