Skitarii Servo Skull Blitz (Noospheric Command) cannot shoot through either of Psyker’s shields/bubble

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Using Noospheric Command (Double ping target), it can be seen pretty easily that the Psyker’s shields will block the shot from hitting the target.

In addition, the shield’s health pool drains extremely rapidly whenever it takes incoming damage.
