Silent monks - still a thing

Monks remain silent until you visually see them, and have remained so the better part of a year.

  • Steps to reproduce the issue:

Have monks spawn in, and be unlucky enough to not see them.

  • How consistently the issue occurs for you

Pretty much every time I play.
