Shred - Not stacking

Issue Description:
The weapon affix/attribute “Shred” says it stacks crit chance per hit on target.

Player only gains 1 stack that refreshes per hit instead of multiple stacks to a max of 5.

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Use weapon with “shred” affix.
  2. Attack enemy multiple times
  3. Check buff to see it does not stack, but instead refreshes the first stack.

To append to this, I’m not even seeing a buff come up when I test a tactical axe with the shred blessing on it. And the numerical values coming up are absolutely not lining up with the values it would theoretically add.
