Shock Maul normal attacks electrocute enemies but they don’t apply brittleness from system shock talent whatsoever. Only Shock Mauls special attack does.
You still need a crit and an electro-strike conduit shock to apply brittle with a normal attack
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play skitarii
Equip Shock maul and System shock talent
Attack enemies with normal, not special attacks to electrocute them, they don’t get any brittleness

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
