After veterans’ s ammo scav and bigmans ’ tough, zealots receive their nerf this time…… nobody could escape huh?

Remove ranged weapon rending…… well , not good but not as silly as those nerf in last patch at least.

But I must mention that Now the people who are killing players’ BD is not us but you dev. After last patch vollyfire veterans and tough ogryns already died out, and this time you give a big nerf to zealots. Nice work devs, soon you will find that the most players choose the same BD like veterans after last patch, and this situation is just as you expected I guess.

This new update features (but is not limited to):**

• New Mission: explore a derelict Mechanicus research station in Atelium Foundryplex Omega V.
• New Weapons: introducing the iconic Bolt Pistol, Ogryn’s first two-handed weapons, the Pickaxes, Shockmauls and a new double-barrelled Shotgun.

So… The “not limited to” part was just some balancing changes?
Was hoping for something juicy.

If I had to guess: there will be silence till fall. I’d prefer to be proven wrong though.

Might be back for the itemization update, this one ain’t enough to drag me into the game again, but I wish everyone lots of fun with the new stuff.

Removed a hacking point on the balcony in the mid event and expanded the open space to add another hacking point there. Increased the amount of enemies spawned on the balcony and intensified the event.

Why?
The balcony was the one spot in the game, where a ranged class could actually camp and snipe specials from, without it being a stupid play.
The door at the bottom of the staircase that leads up to the balcony, is the place where people liked to fight, keeping the special sniper safe.

Why the hell would you increase the amount of spawns that comes FROM the balcony?

I guess, this is change for a blazing spirit blessing for swords.

And max stacks for Trauma staff blessing is 6 iirc.

First thx for this patch note, there is many dev note in this patch note to show the vision of the dev about X change , continue that, its a very good think in patch note (aka need more x))

Dev Note: This talent was always intended to emphasize the melee prowess of Zealots allowing them to charge up to enemies and devastating them with their melee attacks. This change is made to bring this talent back to its intended purpose.

close to 2 years to fix this, i personally did hate it since the beta and wondered when you would fix it x)

Changed so that all player shots ignore body mass from other players.

many vet player will not have reason to flame about ogryn hitbox instead of just moving x)

Bolt-type Explosions

• Bolt-type explosions are now always the same size, no matter if they hit or kill.

i did learn recently this make the bolgun a really good horde weapon since on each kill i did make a explosion hitting close to all the horde but only on poxwalker which is weird

• Now also grants 15% Damage vs Ogryns and Monstrosities.

is a good way to bring back the old niche of the rumbler has a anti monster (since the vulnerability of monster again explosive which didn’t make sense other than nerfing krag grenade which is still stranger than nerfing krag grenade anyways)

a crit chance bonus would be better

btw you did add many “secondary” stats to some blessings which is a really good way to balance them and could/should be used to for talents in the skill tree

  • Stacks per crit: 4 → 3
  • Max Stacks: 10 → 9.

all the “burn” blessing in this patch don’t realy make sense too me since it was not a big dps increase in general

Deimos Mk IV Blaze Force Sword

• Fixed an issue where an incorrect push direction was used if an enemy survived the Heavy 2 attack. It will now correctly push enemies away from you, instead of sending them to the right.

could you revert the undocumented stagger buff on the heavy attack ? before patch 13-15 it could stagger 2 at best a crusher, now it make a stagger 3 which is too strong in term of cc and bad for the flow of the weapon since it focus on weakspot mostly

Punishment’

• Impact per Stack: 30% → 5%. The ‘Uninterruptible’ bonus still remains the same.

Last I checked this talent didn’t count enemies you killed with the swing for generating stacks making it vastly less consistent on a lot of weapons than it sounds on paper. I understand the max amount was pretty silly but 30 to 5 per stack seems like a hefty down grade. Impact blessings rarely feel impactful enough to take over other options and nerfing this doesn’t really change that sadly.
