Issue Description:
It’s as it says in the title, aside from Scab Bombers and Scab Snipers, I have not encountered a single Scab in any mission today.
Steps to Reproduce:
Unknown, I’ve been playing difficulty 1-3 missions all day and have not encountered a single Scab except where the unit has no Dreg counterpart (Scab Sniper and Scab Bomber) I also haven’t encountered a Scab Mauler in some time.
