The sound and damage received make it look like the scab captain was performing his flurry attack while casually approaching the player.

yup this has been a consistent bug that we’ve seen since release. Surprised that not more light has been shed on it. But hey it’s lore accurate tho since the scab captain is using some warp powers to attack you while walking towards you menacingly
