Sanctum Redactus health bar missing

Issue Description:
Health bar of assassination boss was invisible after dying and being rescued during the fight. I haven’t tested it further but I suppose it’s possible this might happen with monstrosities too.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Reach Sanctum Redactus target fight
  2. Die
  3. Get rescued

Yep, that same set up causes the same issue with regular monstrosities. I’ve never picked a player up from dead while a Daemonhost is up but I’m sure it’d do it there too.
