Righteous Stand - fell through geometry during the final event

Issue Summary:

The incident happened during the final event in the RS. We just cleared one of the waves, there were no enemies around me, I was near full health. Suddenly I dropped through the floor, glimpsed some kind of cave and was dead. This happened ~10 m to the right of the grill barring the way to the exit, I might have been near one of the skaven holes. There were 1-2 more waves.
