Returning to psykhanium kills player

when returning to the psykhanium after completeing a mortis mission my player is downed apon arrival, from the return portal.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

-finish mortis mission
-use return portal
-be downed.

I think it’s the person furthest from the portal in the mission level, but I could be wrong.

It’s the other way around - It’s usualy the first operative who whent through portal.

I believe this happens if the person who was walking through the teleport trigger doesn’t stop and kept moving forward.
I reckon during the fade to black transition the player character moved past the teleport trigger off the map and was falling, before being teleported and receiving the fall damage afterwards that downs them.

This never happened to me playing ogryn. But it did to me playing psyker. I played ogryn about 20 times, psyker 2-4 times.

I also observed this 1 time out of 7 trials. I entered the return portal first, and both I (psyker) and one of my teammates (ogryn) were downed.
