Issue Description:
Was Playing Assassination mission in Chasm Terminus, the Psycher triggered a Demon Host and got us both killed in the room before the Elevator. when we respawned we were way back at the start of the level where our team mates could not reach us. however previously in the mission team mates had died and spawned in proper location

Not repeated yet. but Probably Die just before the elevator in Chasm Terminus
