I was looking all my frames when I saw the collector frame despite me not owning the collector edition. Tried restarting the game but the frame is still preset.

Weird one! Do you have a friend who is sharing their steam library with you through the Family Share steam feature?

No, I don’t have any family share. Trying to disable and enable the dlc doesn’t resolve the problem.
