A rattling killed us all, shooting behind a wall, and then walking outside of it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Play “A Grudge Served Cold” (Cataclysm difficulty).
2. Near end, after the frozen lake (when message “Look for the crypt” is active).
3. Maybe some rattling will spawn behind the wall and shoot you like it happened to us.
