Map before the Citadel
Final area drop down then stairs lead up to the portal. In this drop area enemies will spawn high up to the left and to the right. Ratlings can shoot through the floor into the party with impunity.

Exists on both PC and consoles, you can shoot back though

I was playing as GK at the time so I had no way to confirm if shooting back was possible. Thank you for video.
