Some people said this was caused by Radeon Anti Lag, so if you have enabled in Adrenalin, try disabling it.
Others have said turning up Light Quality to high helped.
Personally, neither of those worked for me so I used the mod I Wanna See to get rid of the bubble effect completely.
I’ve now replaced my 6700 XT with a 9070 and the bubble is fixed. I still keep Anti Lag disabled just in case.
Yea I also got a 7900xt and disabling anti-lag solved the issue.
