Psyker Prisoner Outfit Removed From Cosmetic Inventory

After reaching level 10, the Psyker doesn’t have the prisoner shirt anymore.

No crash. Missing item from inventory.

Reach Psyker level 5 or 10 can’t remember which level.

Also missing the convict garb on my Psyker after the recent minor bug patch and I hit level 5 getting a default cosmetic - simply just gone.

Same here. My prisoner shirt is missing and the cosmetic tab keeps displaying that yellow dot as if I’ve gotten something new. It’s getting real annoying.
