Players who have left still occupy the Havoc team

When using the Team Finder to form a party, if someone leaves, they will still be displayed in the team preview of the Havoc mission, causing the host to not be able to start the mission properly after other players enter.
The Havoc Quest panel will only indicate that a player is not eligible for the Havoc mission.
Even if the host disbands the party, the Hovoc mission panel preview still indicates that there are players who have already left.
The only way to do is to abandon a deployment, and the team composition will be automatically emptied.

I have this too, and experienced it with all mods disabled.

It definitely has something to do with the game thinking you left an incomplete havok mission (even when you win) and forcing you to stay with the same party or spend a loss and reset your team.
