Players and enemies falling through terrain

I’ve noticed more instances than usual in 5.5.5 of enemies and players just randomly falling through the terrain, only today i’ve had like 3 instances.

  1. Play the game
  2. Get unlucky

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Rare (<10%)
