Hey, Like the new system overall, but it’s bad in that… I have no idea what I did many times when I have one to claim.
I’m glad to claim them, and I know I could take notes and hunt… but I’d really like to be able to just read what I did, and maybe what it takes to get to next level.
A claim all button would be good. It’s not like you can actually see what you did to unlock a penance before you claim it at the moment anyway.
You have a point. A small layout change could fix this, like reducing the size of the “Completed” badge.
There is a way to see what completed penances entailed before claiming them, though it is a hassle. Head over to the “Penances” tab (instead of the “Highlights” tab in your screenshot) before claiming. Categories with unclaimed penances will have a marker. Scroll down in the category until you notice the “Completed” badge.
Should anyone from Fatshark read this: I’d like to see what a penance entailed in the Cosmetics screen. When a cosmetic is selected, it says where it was obtained, like “Obtained from: Penance x”. There I’d like to able to see the completed penance’s description.
Bumping this back up as i got irritated by this today again.
Finished penances not having a description is pretty annoying.
I dont really care about penances much but when i do complete one by accident it would be nice to know what exactly i did.
You can not caim them from the recommended menu, but go claim them from the complete menu. This way you can see what you did, but I agree, it’s annoying.
Ah, when this happens to me I usually just look the penance up in the penances list/tab, they have full descriptions there and tiered penances are always grouped together so you can see how much more of a thing you need to do.
Exactly. I want the annoying to be minimum, thus the request.
I would also love this QoL change. It frustrates me that it doesnt tell me what I did to complete the penance.
