To put the numbers in context
Current Voidstrike does approx 765/1300/1300/1700 to all targets IIRC
On the high end, you’re losing approx 12% so new values would be approx 675/1150/1150/1500 to everything but Carapace; that’ll be approx 510/850/850/1125
Crusher base health is up 20% (1500 → 1800 which should translate to 3000 → 3600 on Damnation) , so you’d be looking at 8 body shots, 5 crit/weakspots, or 4 crit weakspots with zero buffs or perks active to kill, and stagger capability is unchanged.
10% damage will cut that down to 7/4/3 respectively.
If Surge procs, that’ll count for 1 hit towards either crit or crit weakspot breakpoints.
If you want to push the breakpoints further, you’d need about +50% damage; if you take 25% carapace damage, you’re halfway there. Warp Rider, Perfect Timing, +Damage (Elites) perk and aura combined could get you the full 50% as well, and I know there are other sources of +Damage that would benefit the Voidstrike
tl;dr I would not be worried about the Voidstrike nerf
