Bardin died in the church, after the event, after plague monks came in. He died in the church near the altar. when he respawned, he spawned where we came from, no way to revive him. he was 5 metres to the gate where we entered the church area, but we couldn’t go back.-…

Just happened to me as well. Two of our guys respawned behind the gate that closes when you pick up the map.
