Issue Description (Required):
A Chaos Spawn grabbed an Ogryn and another Ogryn did a bull rush to get him loose. The first Ogryn ended up underneath the stairs. He had to Alt+F4 and relog to get unstuck.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- X gets grabbed by Chaos Spawn
- Y performs bull rush to free X
