Necromancer's Lost Souls Talent Triggered by Heat Decay

Issue Description:
Necromancer with Lost Souls talent unleashes these target seeking skulls as her heat level decays by inactivity, causing her to aggro unintended targets and pull patrols towards player. It should only trigger when player is actively venting heat.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Generate heat as necromancer.
2.Simply wait a few seconds.

Platform:
[Steam]

Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)

I don’t see this as an issue or bug.

The description states ā€œā€¦for every 20% overcharge you ventā€¦ā€

Venting is not only the act of pressing your ā€œreloadā€ key to vent, it’s the passive decay of your overcharge as well. I’d call both of those ā€œventingā€.

Pretty sure that’s working as intended, and your suggestion will be a pretty big nerf to the talent.

At the most I can accept the lost souls not targeting un-aggroed enemies.

If the souls would hover next to you until you aggroed enemies, that would fix the issue.

Getting the soul from passive vent is intended. However, aggroing things is a side effect that we’re going to look at. Thanks!
