My mods stopped working

so i went to start up my game and noticed my hud was back to default. i checked the mod menu in-game and everything was still there. all my mods were listed and everything looked normal. ok, maybe i missed an update or something, so i exit the game, check for an update(isn’t one), and then run the .bat file to enable mods. i start the game up and nothing changed…

i then go to nexus and see that there are updates for the framework and mod loaders; awesome. problem solved. nope. i extracted the folders where they should go, ran the .bat file to enable mods, and now none of my mods even show up in the game anymore. the mod menu in game is completely empty except for the “toggle mods”; which is greyed out but set to [on], and the “darktide mod framework”.

any idea what could be wrong? my mods folder and load order is all still in the same place, it’s just nothing works.

EDIT: apparently it just wiped the load order notepad file, so i got everything working again but it reset my HUD settings c’:

Patch it by re-toggling darktide mods found in Darktide Local Files folder accessable through Steam game settings.

i did that but it turned out it reset the load order file, so i had to remake the list and it works. unfortunately, the update(s) reset all my game settings as well as all the mod settings, so now i have to re configure everything manually…

Damn. I just patch n i’m good , nothing changes.
Thats a massive hassle if it happens every patch…

it doesn’t happen every patch, this is the first time i’ve had to update the actual mod framework files, though. the actual game patches don’t reset anything. i just hope it doesn’t do this every time there’s a mod framework update.
