Mutant grab bug after got shocked by surge staff

Issue Description (Required):

I got grabbed by a mutant and it got stunned and killed by surge staff. My character didn’t get released from the grab as you can see from the image below. I had enough time to crop a screenshot. I got froze for a good 10 seconds then released. It’s minor but just want to point it out.
