Issue Description:
Two of the cosmetics - possibly more, I’m not sure - specifically advertised as Rebreathers do not have their Rebreather SFX enabled. These should definitely have them if we’re aiming for consistency.
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip the Mark IX Brute Pattern Rebreather (XXXXXL) on Ogryn, or the Hundguard MXIII Rebreather on Zealot.

Always off. Kind of annoying how I bought it and expected the rebreather SFX but didn’t get any. Would really enjoy if they fixed this!
