Issue Description: I know I can limit my framerate from outside tools, like Nvidia Control Panel for those cards, but since you HAVE the option in the game it’d be nice to either use a slider/arbitrary number input, or just give more options in the dropdown than 30, 60, 120. Helps with future proofing too. For example 144 and 240 are common enough.

Honestly just a slider would be nice, I like to cap my games at 90 fps.
