I tried this and for me it worked…
Asked a few other as well and they had no problems, was it in the wastes with a particular boon setup or in another special game mode or just QP?
this was in the regular campaign mode. it was very consistent for me. west or eastcoast host, when i hipfire the new bow, it did not apply dots. try it on marauders and gasrats
