Issue Description:
The new mission tracker (on the mission board) that was released a week ago ago only tracks for missions that were completed after the patch. All missions you have completed prior to the patch are not marked as complete meaning you need to redo them for the missions to be marked on the mission board as complete.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open mission board
- Look at missions that you have completed before the patch from a week ago
- Mission tracker that shows which difficulty you have completed is not there
- Play and complete mission
- Mission tracker now shows you have completed that mission and the difficulty you completed it at
