Missing countdown for clients

Issue Summary:
For clients (noticed with two of us), at least when starting Ubersreik maps, the countdown in Gate of Shadows doesn’t appear. Both sound and visual indication is missing.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start an Ubersreik map
  2. Got to the Gate as client
  3. See or hear no countdown.

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)
