Memory leak (or smth like it) in "masteries" menu

When in any menu my cpu usage is between 30-50% but when i enter the masteries menu and select a weapon cpu usage jumps to 90-100%

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Check your cpu usage and go from any menu
Go to masteries menu and select any weapon
check the cpu usage again

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Constant (100%)

Yep can confirm this one, my processor fan starts a screaming seconds after opening the masteries menu on any weapon. No Mods. Windows 11. Steam.
